Why are estimates important ?
An estimate can give the contractor an idea and plan of what to do before taking the job. It can also explain to the client what the procedure of doing the job will be like. It also helps the contractor to get the exact materials he needs and organize his head. If there is ever an issue in the estimate or at the jobsite that the contractor could find before starting the job, they can talk it over with the client and come to an agreement. But the most important factor on the estimate is that the client understands what is being said and what it will take to get the job done.
